About the role:
- Advise clients through employment law industrial relations and workplace safety matters.
- Work on a mix of advisory and contentious matters including litigation and safety-related work.
- Manage matters with autonomy while receiving support from Partners and senior lawyers.
- Contribute to a collaborative national team working across a broad client base.
- Use and develop skills in AI and emerging legal technology.
The ideal candidate:
- 24 years post-admission experience in employment law or industrial relations.
- The role is based in Brisbane; however strong candidates in Melbourne or Sydney will also be considered.
- Exposure to litigation and an interest in workplace safety matters.
- Commercial practical and solutions-focused approach.
- Comfort using AI tools or a genuine willingness to build capability in this area.
- A collaborative down-to-earth team player who values a respectful and supportive culture.
