About the role:

• Act for both Australian and international financial institutions/corporate borrowers on banking and finance transactions.
• Advise on all aspects of banking and finance matters such as assets and structures preparation due diligence on businesses and negotiation of facility security intercreditor and step-in arrangements.
• Be involved in project finance agribusiness finance corporate lending and structured facilities.

The ideal candidate:

• Have at least 1-4 PQE with prior experience in property finance corporate finance or transactional commercial law.
• Strong drafting attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage competing deadlines.
• The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
