Position: Landscaping Estimator
Location: 3 Staple Street Seventeen Mile Rocks

Responsibilities:
As a Landscaping Estimator your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Site Visits: Conducting on-site visits to assess clients landscaping needs.
  • Project Evaluation: Analysing project requirements considering factors such as space soil quality sunlight and client preferences.
  • Cost Estimation: Providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for landscaping projects.
  • New Work On Site Liaison: Initial consult with teams on site prior to commencement of works.
  • Client Consultation: Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and offering professional advice on suitable design hardscaping elements and overall design concepts.
  • Proposal Development: Creating comprehensive proposals outlining project scope timelines and cost breakdowns.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborating with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
  • Client Communication: Maintaining clear and regular communication with clients throughout the estimation and project planning process.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Landscaping Estimator or in a similar role within the landscaping industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques and landscaping principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using estimation software and tools or ability to learn our system.
  • A degree or certification in horticulture landscape design or a related field is a plus.
