The Opportunity

WEM Scape has a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Landscape Tradesperson to join our Maintenance team.

With a strong portfolio of work and multiple projects underway across Sydneys North and Southwest youll work across a variety of sites maintaining high-quality landscaped spaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain trees shrubs turf garden beds and other softscape elements to ensure healthy growth and high presentation standards.
• Undertake landscape maintenance activities including mowing edging pruning mulching fertilising and weed control.
• Operate and maintain small plant and equipment including mowers trimmers blowers and spray units.
• Support the Maintenance Account Manager with site inspections monitoring plant health and ensuring maintenance services meet required quality standards.
• Ensure sites are maintained in a safe clean and presentable condition and works are completed in accordance with environmental requirements.
• Mentor Landscape Labourers and Apprentices sharing your knowledge and supporting the development of the team.

Were Looking For Someone Who Has:

• A relevant Certificate or Diploma in Landscaping or Horticulture or at least five years experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and processes.
• The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team-focused attitude.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• A strong commitment to health safety environment and quality standards.
• A Construction White Card.
• A current Drivers Licence and flexibility to travel between project sites.
