HL Landscapes Sunshine Coast

Ready to step up and take ownership of large-scale civil landscape projects

HL Landscapes is delivering major infrastructure streetscape and commercial landscaping projects across South East Queensland and were looking for an experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead sites and support project delivery.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands how civil landscape sites run and is confident managing crews subcontractors and day-to-day site operations.

If youre looking to move beyond Leading Hand level and take full responsibility for site delivery this is a great opportunity to step into a structured company with long-term project pipelines with future progression into project management.

Whats On Offer

$100000 $115000 super (depending on experience)
Permanent full-time role with long-term project pipeline
Company dual cab ute provided
Average 4142 hour weeks occasional up to 45 hours
Mix of day and occasional night works depending on project requirements
Uniforms PPE and tools supplied

What Youll Be Doing:

Overseeing daily operations across active landscape construction sites

Supervising leading hands crews and subcontractors
Ensuring works are delivered safely efficiently and to specification
Coordinating materials labour and equipment across the site
Liaising with site project managers tier 1 contractors and principal contractors
Maintaining strong client-facing communication
Monitoring quality control and addressing defects or rework
Ensuring SWMS and site safety requirements are followed
Completing site documentation reports and project updates
Supporting the successful delivery of civil landscape projects

Project mix:

Civil landscaping & infrastructure works
Streetscape upgrades
Commercial landscape installations

Typical projects include large-scale infrastructure and transport corridor works across SE Queensland.

Requirements

What You Bring

Previous experience with a tier 1 or large commercial landscape contractor
Strong understanding of landscape construction and site delivery
Experience with MRTS specifications
Professional presentation and strong communication skills
A resilient personality to managing complex civil project environments
Cert III Landscape Construction or similar highly regarded.
Ability to manage crews subcontractors and multiple site activities
Confident communicating with project managers engineers and clients
Experience reading plans and coordinating site works
Strong safety awareness and knowledge of site compliance
White Card and manual drivers licence
MR licence advantageous
