A day in your new work life

As our Lab Systems Specialist youll help implement configure and support our ELN LIMS and other laboratory platforms working across our Program & Technical Quality Assurance Operations and IT teams to keep the lab running efficiently and in full compliance. That means youll be:

  • Administering and configuring our ELN and LIMS platforms user access security and system performance
  • Configuring and maintaining laboratory workflows and sample lifecycle management
  • Supporting computer system validation change control and data integrity activities
  • Supporting vendor coordination audits and client inspections
  • Ensuring data integrity through system and compliance controls audit trail oversight and user access governance
  • Providing user support and training maintaining system documentation and driving workflow improvement

This is a hands-on laboratory informatics role focused on ELN and LIMS configuration within a regulated GxP environment bridging laboratory operations and IT.

What were looking for

To be a top pick youll bring hands-on experience ELN and LIMS admin experience a sharp eye for detail and a solid understanding of regulated laboratory environments (ISO/IEC 17025 GCLP GCP). Youll be just as comfortable configuring systems as you are supporting day-to-day users. A Bachelors degree in Science IT Computer Science Laboratory Informatics or a related discipline is essential along with at least 3 years experience administrating an ELN or LIMS.

If youve had exposure to LabWare SQL / APIs or CSV experience even better.
