Kitchen Steward

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Steward to join our culinary team and play an important role in supporting the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Working behind the scenes you will help maintain a clean safe and organised kitchen environment while supporting our chefs and wider Food & Beverage team. Your attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards will contribute directly to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across kitchen storage and back-of-house areas.
• Washing and sanitising dishes utensils equipment and cookware.
• Cleaning kitchen equipment and work areas to maintain food safety standards.
• Supporting chefs with preparation tasks and ensuring service areas are ready.
• Managing waste disposal and recycling in line with hotel procedures.
• Following hygiene safety and workplace standards at all times.

Qualifications :

We are looking for someone who is reliable team-focused and takes pride in creating a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

You will bring:

• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider kitchen team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a team-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.
