About the role:

The Glennie Community Kindergarten is seeking a passionate and dedicated Casual Relief Staff to join our team. Working collaboratively with colleagues you will deliver a high-quality play-based program that supports the development wellbeing and learning of young children in a safe inclusive and engaging environment.

This position is for a Casual Kindergarten Educator starting in Term 3 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the ECT to deliver engaging learning programs aligned with the EYLF and QKLG
• Observe assess and document childrens learning and development
• Foster positive relationships with children families and colleagues
• Contribute to a safe well-resourced and inclusive learning environment

About You

• Certificate III or higher
• Strong knowledge of EYLF QKLG and NQF
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Commitment to inclusive and child-centered practices

Qualifications & Requirements

• Cert III or higher
• Current Blue Card
• Geccko National Child Safety Training
• Current First Aid CPR Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
