What youll do:

We are currently looking for a driven specialist in Technical Manager - Process ASEA. As a senior representative of the business you will be required to network present and constantly liaise with a range of stakeholders within the EPCs & Customers hierarchy to secure RFQs. It is essential you are a strong communicator with the ability to efficiently navigate your way to the decision-makers anddeliver your message whilst developing lasting relationships. You will have the ability to develop and implement a range of short and long-term strategies designed to target engage and convert sales that could take anything from a couple of weeks to several years to see to fruition and will have varying degrees of complexity. Strong process background would be advantageous but not essential.

What you bring:
  • Have experience in Capital Sales involving projects and/or systems

  • Extensive Sales experience in the mining industry in particular Fixed Plant Capital equipment

  • Must have sales experience in any of Crushers Mills HPGR Screens and Thickening.

  • Have good knowledge and understanding of the FLSmidth product range

  • Networked with the major mining companies & EPCs within the Australian Market.

  • Be technically minded with mechanical aptitude (mechanical trade process or mechanical engineering highly regarded).

  • Have excellent relationship development skills.

  • Be confident friendly and can work autonomously.

  • Be highly motivated with a desire to succeed.

  • This is a key role within the business and requires someone with the personality to adapt to various situations and a determination to make things happen.
