Were looking for an experiencedKey Account Managerto join our team in Sydney to manage & build relationships account development and contribute to the overall profitability of DSV.
Your typical day at DSV:
- Establish and Maintain an effective customer management plan that includes a formalized review structure and business plan for each client on an ongoing basis to ensure maximization of all business offerings.
- Develop new business opportunities
- Identify opportunities with key accounts based on customer research and development.
- Maintain relationships with assigned key accounts on a national level
- Organise/attend regular customer meetings between DSV key personnel and customers to facilitate service improvements and consolidate customer relationships.
- Assist branches to develop local account management structures
About you:
- At least five years experience in international freight forwarding & Account Management/Customer Care.
- Experience in managing and developing key accounts. The incumbent must possess at least 2 years of inside or outside customer care experience.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility in workplace.
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports ensuring they are well-supported and equipped to meet their performance goals while fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Consistently achieving best performance driving operational excellence and meeting or exceeding KPIs.
