Junior Receptionist

Location: Perth WA

Salary: $55000$65000 per annum superannuation

An established electrical company is seeking a friendly organised and professional Junior Receptionist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their administration career and looking to gain valuable experience within a supportive trades-based business.

As the first point of contact for the business you will provide a welcoming and professional experience for customers suppliers and contractors while supporting the wider office team with general administrative duties.

• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Greeting visitors clients and contractors
• Monitoring and responding to general email enquiries
• Filing scanning and maintaining accurate records
• Ordering stationery and managing office supplies
• Providing general administrative support to electricians and management
• Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area

• Friendly confident and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
• Reliable punctual and willing to learn
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Previous reception administration or customer service experience is desirable but not essential

Experience within the electrical construction or trades industry would be advantageous; however full training will be provided to the right person.

• Salary of $55000$65000 superannuation based on experience
