Our client is a rapidly growing commercial property management firm based on the Gold Coast but theyre not your typical real estate agency. Every interaction is approached thoughtfully with the aim of ensuring landlords and tenants feel that their property and concerns genuinely matter.

The primary purpose of this position is to support the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio while progressively developing the knowledge judgment and confidence to step into a Commercial Property Manager role in your own right.

Reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Property Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with lease administration including rent reviews renewals options and critical lease dates
• Coordinating maintenance and compliance matters from instruction through to completion
• Assisting with the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio
• Conducting inspections and preparing clear commercially useful reports
• Building trusted relationships with landlords tenants and contractors

The successful candidate will have:

• Approximately two to three years experience in property management (commercial experience preferred though residential industrial retail or facilities backgrounds will also be considered)
• A commercially minded approach with genuine interest in leases financials and asset performance
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• A current Queensland real estate registration or licence
• A current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
