The successful candidate will beaninspiring and visionary leaderand bepassionate about autistic education and have experience working with students on the Autism spectrum.
The Joshua Centre Director will lead the organisational oversight and operation of the Joshua Centre to provide students with a learning environment and program that is aligned with the College vision mission values and reflects the Flinders philosophy of inclusive learning.
The Joshua Centre opened in 2022 and is a special purpose educational facility that supports students on the Autism spectrum. The Joshua Centre islocatedon the Tyabb Campus and provides a differentiated learning program and environment better suited to the sensory needs and routines ofautistic see students with Autism not just survive but instead thrivebe bold and courageousin their learning socialconnectionand wellbeingin order tolive afull and purposeful life.
Flinders Christian Community College is a co-educational nondenominational College with campuseslocatedat Tyabb Carrum Downs and Mt. Martha offering education from K 12.
