Mini Masterminds Thornleigh is a 72-place early learning service dedicated to providing exceptional education and care in a nurturing engaging and inspiring environment. We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Early Childhood professionals to join our growing team.

Diploma Room Leader Toddler Room (Full-Time)

We are looking for an experienced and confident Diploma-qualified Room Leader to lead our Toddler Room.

About the Role

  • Full-time position
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF
  • Build strong relationships with children families and colleagues
  • Ensure high standards of care education and compliance are maintained

Essential Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Room Leader or Lead Educator
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF NQS and child development
  • Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
Certificate III Educator (Part-Time)

We are also seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Certificate III Educator to support our team on a part-time basis.

About the Role

  • Part-time position (3 days per week)
  • Flexibility to work across varying days based on service needs
  • Opportunity to work collaboratively with a supportive team
  • Contribute to high-quality educational programs and daily operations

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for supporting childrens learning and development
