Urgent requirement of ITRS Geneos - Contract - Sydney

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. ITRS Geneos Implementation & Configuration

Install configure and deploy ITRS Geneos components (Gateway Netprobe Active Console)
Set up monitoring rules thresholds alerts and dashboards
Customize samplers rules and plug-ins based on business requirements

2. Monitoring & Observability Design

Design enterprise monitoring architecture across applications middleware and infrastructure
Define observability strategies (metrics logs alerts) aligned to SLAs/SLOs
Build dashboards for real-time visibility into system health

Core Technical Skills

Strong experience in:
- ITRS Geneos (mandatory)
- ITRS Analytics / ITRS Observability
Knowledge of:
- Linux/Unix environments
- Scripting (Python Shell)
- SQL / database monitoring
Understanding of:
- Networking concepts (TCP/IP SNMP)
- Middleware (MQ Kafka)
- Cloud monitoring (AWS / Azure)

Duration: 06 Months and possible extension
