As our IT Support Officer youll be the go-to tech problem solver across Cowboys Leagues Club and the Licensed Venues of the NQ Cowboys Group. Youll play a vital role in keeping our people connected our systems running smoothly and our technology evolving to supportexceptional experiences for our members guests and employees.
This is a role for someone who loves variety. One day you might be setting up new devices supporting venue technology and helping staff resolve technical issues. The next youll be assisting with cybersecurity initiatives implementing new systems or contributing to exciting technologyprojects across the Group.
What youll be doingBe the Tech Hero
- Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support across Cowboys Leagues Club and Licensed Venues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software network and application issues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through both in-person and remote support.
- Prioritise support requests based on operational impact and business needs.
Keep Our Technology Running
- Assist with the implementation maintenance and monitoring of network and server infrastructure.
- Support business-critical systems including Microsoft 365 operational applications and venue technology platforms.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation asset registers and support records.
Support Venue Operations
- Assist with hospitality technology Point of Sale (POS) systems payment platforms and other operational technologies.
- Work closely with venue teams to ensure systems remain reliable and available when they are needed most.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to help coordinate support and system improvements.

- Support cybersecurity initiatives and employee awareness programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and deliver better technology outcomes.
- Help create guides knowledge articles and training materials that empower our teams.

What were looking for
- Experience in IT support service desk or a related technology role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Understanding of device support user administration networking fundamentals and troubleshooting principles.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A willingness to learn adapt and grow within a dynamic technology environment.
- Qualifications or studies in Information Technology or a related field. Desirable
- Experience supporting hospitality gaming or venue-based systems.
- Exposure to cybersecurity cloud services networking or infrastructure technologies.
