IT Service Desk Analyst
Job Summary
This role can be based in one of the following office locations: Sydney CBD Shellharbour Melbourne CBD or Adelaide CBD.
We are seeking a motivated and proactive IT Service Desk Analyst (Level 1) to be the first point of contact for IT support across Healthcare Australia. This is more than a technical role your customer service skills positive attitude and proactive approach are just as important as your technical knowledge.

- Accurately categorise and prioritise all requests based on the service catalogue
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service desk processes and knowledge
Lets talk about you!
We are looking for candidates with 13 years experience in IT support or service desk environments ideally with exposure to ITIL practices. Strong technical skills in Microsoft 365 Windows OS and basic networking are required along with excellent customer service orientation communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
You should be able to prioritise tasks manage your workload effectively and collaborate well within a team. A relevant IT qualification (Certificate Diploma or Degree) or equivalent experience is essential and an ITIL Foundation certification is a plus. Some travel maybe required to our other site locations within Australia.
