About the role
Based in Nipaluna (Hobart) youll lead the planning and delivery of complex IT projects and programs that support Hydro Tasmanias strategic objectives. Working across technology and business teams youll develop project plans manage budgets schedules and risks and ensure successful implementation of project outcomes. Youll partner with stakeholders to define requirements analyse processes identify solutions and build strong business cases to deliver benefits that create lasting value. This role offers variety across enterprise technology initiatives opportunities to influence decision-making and the chance to strengthen project management capability across the organisation.
Salary range $145808 - $169024 plus super

Key responsibilities
Lead delivery of IT projects and programs to agreed outcomes
Develop business cases scopes budgets and schedules
Engage stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
Monitor project costs risks forecasts and performance
Drive benefits realisation and continuous improvement
Grow project capability through coaching and knowledge share
Identify and analyse business needs requirements and solution options to support project delivery

Skills & experience
Project management qualification (PMP PRINCE2 RegPM)
Experience delivering IT projects end-to-end
Experience managing Agile and Waterfall delivery
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience
