Investment Operations Analyst (mfd)

As Analyst you will play a key role within the Investment Operations team in our Sydney office.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of tailored reporting and advice to our superannuation and pension fund clients
• Maintenance of performance models including reconciliation of investment records and implementing portfolio changes
• Review of unit pricing information ensuring prompt resolution of issues
• Assisting with the settlement of direct alternative investment transactions
• Liaising with clients custodians and other external service providers

What we look for

• Tertiary qualification in a businessrelated field (e.g. Finance Accounting Actuarial Studies) demonstrating strong foundational knowledge
• 12 years of relevant professional experience ideally within a highperforming financial institution
• Proven exposure to environments such as fund management custodianship or superannuation funds
• Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities with the ability to translate findings into practical outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritise effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Consistently high attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Exceli.e. the ability to work confidently with complex documents and datasets
