Whatyoullbe doing:
As an Inventory Officer at WHSmith you will play a critical role in ensuring our storeshave the right products in stock at all times.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills. You should be able to work well under pressure and have a good understanding of inventory management principles.
Monitoring andmaintaininginventory levels across all locations.
Reviewing andmaintainingreplenishment parameters and placing orders asrequired.
Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies.
Updating andmaintaininginventory records in our systems.
Collaborating with other teams to supportthe execution of promotions.
Generate reports to track inventory performance.
What we are looking for:
Experienceinadmin or data entry focused role.
Strong attention to detail.
Intermediate skills in MS Excel.
Good communicationandorganisationalskills.
