Whatyoullbe doing:

As an Inventory Officer at WHSmith you will play a critical role in ensuring our storeshave the right products in stock at all times.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills. You should be able to work well under pressure and have a good understanding of inventory management principles.

• Monitoring andmaintaininginventory levels across all locations.

• Reviewing andmaintainingreplenishment parameters and placing orders asrequired.

• Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies.

• Updating andmaintaininginventory records in our systems.

• Collaborating with other teams to supportthe execution of promotions.

• Generate reports to track inventory performance.

What we are looking for:

• Experienceinadmin or data entry focused role.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Intermediate skills in MS Excel.

• Good communicationandorganisationalskills.
