Were currently seeking a highly motivated Inventory Officer - Repairs to join this hardworking and high-performing team. As an Inventory Officer - repairs youll be responsible for the co-ordination and management of component repair activities cost effective purchasing/ repairs and delivery of goods and services for the Engineering Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment is comfortable managing large volumes of work and takes real ownership of their stakeholders ports and vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage purchasing and repair orders for aircraft spares repairs loans and exchanges in line with budgets and company policies.
• Raise monitor and expedite repair orders to ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Review vendor quotes verify invoices and resolve finance queries related to aged invoices or manual payments.
• Optimise inventory levels using MIN/MAX principles to meet service targets while minimising costs.
• Interpret technical documentation and OEM data to source correct parts and support compliant repairs for existing and new fleet types.
• Identify and resolve complex parts issues planning conflicts and discrepancies across quality quantity or pricing.
• Collaborate with logistics planning technical services finance and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and contingency planning.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships monitor performance against agreements and address deficiencies proactively.

Were on the hunt for someone who has:

• Experience in purchasing component control or supply chain (aviation preferred)
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and emails with excellent attention to detail
• Accountability and a strong sense of ownership for assigned ports vendors and tasks
• Confidence working with Excel (moderate level) and willingness to learn systems such as TRAX (full training provided)
• Effective multitasking and stakeholder communication across technical and operational teams
• A proactive attitude customer-first focus and strong integrity in all interactions
