Sporting the dual crown of Australias oldest dairy and Australias most innovative dairy Brownes Dairy has an opportunity to join us as an Inventory Manager in our Chilled Distribution Centre on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

The Role
The Inventory Manager is responsible for leading our inventory governance optimisation and control across our manufacturing warehousing and third-party storage operations. This role is key to supporting our Production teams and our Customer Demand whilst continuing to minimise working capital waste reduction and to ensure that the highest standards of inventory accuracy are maintained.
Role Responsibilities
- Inventory Governance: Policies Standards Record keeping and compliance
- Planning and Optimisation: Strategy Inventory Management slotting and pick paths and best practice initiatives
- Warehouse Inventory Operations: Manage cycle counts reconciliations and adjustments
- S&OP Integration: Reporting Supply Reviews Identification of constraint scenarios
- Waste Reduction: Drive reduction in waste and dumps
Requirements:
- Experience in ERP systems (E1 JDE is preferred)
- A background of leading inventory in FMCG or Manufacturing
- Diploma level qualification in Supply Chain Logistics or similar
- Advanced level skills in Excel with exposure to Power BI being highly regarded
