About The Role

Were looking for a proactive detail-obsessed Inventory Coordinator to take ownership of stockaccuracy and flow across our Distribution Centre. As a member of our DC team youll oversee inventory integrity storage optimisation and replenishment ensuring our products move quickly efficiently and accurately between all touch points.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining highly accurate inventory stock locations and cycle counts
  • Optimising storage replenishment and pick efficiency
  • Coordinating inbound stock container unloads and returns processing
  • Partnering with Planning Production and DC teams to resolve stock and supplier issues

This is a part-time Monday Friday on site role based in our Reservoir Distribution Centre 6amstarts are non-negotiable (we are open to considering full-time for the right candidate).

  • Experience working with warehouse systems (WMS) and strong systems capability
  • Confidence utilising data (Excel essential) to drive accuracy decisions and improvements

  • Commitment to safety teamwork and continuous improvement
