Job Summary
Inspector Strata & Property Compliance Reporting to a Principal Inspectoryou will workclosely with theStrataCompliance team toinvestigate matters gather evidence preparereportsandprovide advice. You willhavecarriage of your own matters and work collaboratively to ensureoptimalcomplianceoutcomes. The work of the team is varied butpredominatelyinvolvescarrying out complianceactivitiesto support consumers and licensed operators across strata real estateretirement villages residentialland leasecommunitiesandconveyancing. We arelooking for motivated and professional individuals with a genuine interest inthe strata& propertysectorsand a commitment to improvingcompliance outcomes.
The Strata& Property Services Commission playsan important roleinsupporting compliance and improving standards across the strata and propertyservices sector.
As strataliving continues to grow across NSW the need for effective regulation andindustry accountability has never been greater. Our team works proactively withindustry participants and consumers to encourage compliance address emergingrisks and improve outcomes for strata communities.
The Strata& Property Compliance team undertakes inspections audits and complianceactivities across the strata and property services industries.
Theteamundertakes the following functions:

Salary Grade 5/6 with the base salary for this role starting at $102936 base plus superannuation
