Position: IT Administrator
Location: Sydney
Work Mode: Onsite 5 days a week
IT Administrator
Manage and automate IT infrastructure across Windows & Mac
Administer SaaS tools including Zoom Slack Adobe CrowdStrike NinjaOne & more
Provide expert-level support across Azure Intune & O365
Own Azure AD design Group Policy & Endpoint Manager/Intune deployments
Lead system implementations migrations & process improvements
Deliver senior-level end-user support and training firm-wide
5 years experience as an IT Administrator
Proven track record leading technology projects end-to-end
Strong relationship-building skills with business stakeholders
Comfortable working through ambiguity in a fast-growing environment
Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
Nice to have:
NIST CSF/cyber security exposure JAMF/Kandji AV solutions (Zoom/Teams Rooms Neat Bar)
A Bachelors degree in MIS or Computer Science.
