About the role

CrewSELECT is seeking experienced Industrial / Hazardous Area Electricians for the build and commissioning phase of a major Gas Compressor Station project in Miles QLD. Join an established project team delivering critical energy infrastructure on a 2:1 roster with 11-hour days.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and terminate power and control cabling
• Complete HV terminations and electrical testing
• Install and test fibre optic systems
• Install and work on hazardous area rated equipment
• Support commissioning and project completion activities

Qualifications/Experience required

• QLD Electrical Licence with current LVR/CPR
• Cert IV HA/EEHA or willing to obtain within 30 days
• Gas Test Atmosphere certification and 4WD highly advantageous
• Strong oil & gas or mining electrical experience
• Reliable vehicle with unrestricted drivers licence

Whats on offer

• $84.53/hr flat rate
