Industrial Designer
Job Summary
The Industrial Designer is responsible for the planning design and documentation of new and existing products ensuring solutions are functional user-friendly and aligned to brand technology and commercial requirements. The role focuses on concept development usability and manufacturability supporting the delivery of products that meet quality aesthetic and production standards across the product lifecycle.
Design Development & Delivery - Deliver high-quality design outputs that meet technical requirements timelines and defined success criteria supporting the successful development of new and existing products across the product lifecycle.
Design Ideation Documentation & Communication - Translate design briefs into clear structured outputs that communicate intent effectively and support alignment across design engineering and manufacturing stakeholders.
Manufacturing & Product Realisation - Apply practical understanding of materials and manufacturing processes to ensure design solutions are feasible efficient and ready to progress into production.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of design practices team capability and product outcomes.
