BD SELECT an HR consultancy established in 2001 and active in 30 countries is expanding in Australia. Were looking for self-employed Independent Sales Representatives to introduce our psychometric and talent-assessment tools to businesses HR teams recruiters and coaches.

What youll do

• Connect with companies HR professionals recruiters and coaches
• Offer a free demo one candidate assessed across three tests
• Help clients get started and grow their account
• Work remotely on your own schedule

Earnings that build over time Your commissions are cumulative every client keeps generating income month after month. Uncapped. As an indication first-year earnings can range from approximately AUD 20000 to $38000 depending on time invested from a few hours a week up to full-time. With greater commitment results can grow well beyond this in following years. These figures are illustrative and not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on individual activity and results.
