Your New Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end Incident Management ensuring timely restoration of services and accurate ServiceNow record keeping
Lead Problem Management activities including trend analysis root cause investigations and reduction of recurring issues
Govern Change Enablement processes including RFC assessment CAB participation and change scheduling and risk management
Drive continual improvement through post-incident reviews reporting and tracking of corrective actions
Partner with stakeholders to support governance forums ensure ITIL alignment and meet compliance and audit requirements
About You and What Youll Bring
Demonstrated experience (5 years) in IT Service Management including Incident Problem and Change processes
Strong understanding of ITIL 4 practices and experience managing major incidents and root cause analysis
Proven ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams
Experience producing governance reporting and executive-level insights
Familiarity with government or regulated environments with exposure to SIAM CMDB or continual improvement practices advantageous
