HVAC Supervisor – Minor Works | Melbourne Victoria

We are looking for an experiencedHVAC Supervisor Minor Worksto join our growing Melbourne team.

Working closely with the Project Manager youll lead and supervise the delivery of commercial HVAC minor works projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll supervise technicians on site prepare quotations liaise with clients and ensure projects are delivered safely efficiently and to the highest standard.

The role involves regular travel and working away from home including at short notice as we deliver projects across metropolitan and regional Victoria and Tasmania.

• Lead and supervise commercial HVAC minor works projects on site.
• Work alongside your team on the tools while leading by example.
• Supervise mentor and support field technicians.
• Allocate work and coordinate technicians to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare professional quotations.
• Liaise with clients suppliers and subcontractors throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors and multiple trades where required.
• Complete project documentation reporting and quotations using our mobile and computer-based systems.
• Ensure projects are completed safely efficiently and to a high standard of workmanship.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues throughout project delivery.
• Support successful project delivery from commencement through to completion while maintaining excellent client relationships.

• Extensive experience in commercial HVAC installation service and minor works.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience within the HVAC industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent computer skills with experience preparing quotations and project documentation.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
• High-level written communication skills with the ability to produce accurate professional client correspondence and quotations.
• Sound understanding of commercial HVAC systems project delivery and site supervision.
• Strong ability to lead mentor and coordinate HVAC technicians.
• Current Victorian Restricted Electrical Worker Licence or Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence.
• Current Australian drivers licence.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home including at short notice.

• Victorian Plumbing Registration.
• Experience managing commercial HVAC refurbishment and upgrade projects.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades on site.
• Experience with HVAC project estimating pricing and quoting.
• Previous experience supervising technicians across multiple sites.
