An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen to join our highlycollaborative national P&D team as a Human Resources Manager inour Sydney office.

This is a key role in the People & Development team and isresponsible for the delivery of best practice results in theretention engagement and performance of our people in line withour business principles and objectives. The role will work closelywith and support business leaders across the full suite of HRactivities in a dynamic fast moving and high performingenvironment. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager the keyresponsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:

Responsibilities

• Support Partners and managers in talent management performance management training and coaching IR / ER issues and performance reviews
• Manage the development and implementation of HR policies programs and coach the business through change and culture programs
• Execute and communicate all annual processes including performance and remuneration reviews as well as promotions and engagement survey results
• Actively participate in key projects/initiatives to support organisational strategic goals and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the wellbeing of our people and act as an escalation point for employee relations issues
• Work closely with other People & Development Managers to ensure information flow is consistent with HR delivery solutions nationally

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have a strong backgroundin HR business partnering ideally with a minimum of 5 years SeniorHR generalist experience gained within a professional or financialservices firm or large corporate. This role would be well suited toa HR Advisor or HR Business Partner looking to step into a Managerrole. You will be able to demonstrate a strong ability to managerelationships with senior business leaders as well as commercialawareness and understanding of how to align HR initiatives withbusiness strategy you will also have excellentrelationship-building skills and a high level of attention todetail.

• Experience of working within a law or professional services firm
• Good understanding of employment legislation industrial agreements and contemporary HR practice
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with senior business leaders and strong commercial awareness
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
