About the Role
As HR Business Partner you will work as a trusted advisor to leaders acrossIntereachprovidinghigh-quality HR advicecoachingand practical people solutions across the employee lifecycle. You will support workforce planning employee and industrial relations change management employee engagement cultureinitiativesand leadership capability whilehelpingto ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation awardspoliciesand procedures.
This role will suit someone who can work with a high degree of independence build strong stakeholderrelationshipsand provide sound practical advice in a fast-paced and values-led environment.
WhatYoullBe Doing
- Building leadership capability through guidance coachingtrainingand practical tools.
- Partnering with leaders provide contemporary HR advice and coaching across employee relations industrial relations performance management workforceplanningand change.
- Supporting managers to navigate complex people matters including grievances misconduct performanceconcernsand workplace investigations.
- Contributing to the development implementation and continuous improvement of HR frameworks policiesproceduresand people processes.
- Supporting employee engagement cultureinitiativesand continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Working collaboratively with HR colleagues TalentAcquisitionand other internal stakeholders to deliver a responsive and high-quality HR service.
- Maintainingaccurateand confidential employee records and supporting qualitycomplianceand audit activities.
About You
You are an experienced HR generalist who brings sound judgementstrong communicationskillsand a practical people-centred approach. You are confident working with leaders at all levels able to manage competing priorities and comfortable providing advice in complex or sensitive situations.
You will bring experience in employee relations industrial relations change management performancemanagementand conflict resolution as well as a strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice. A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field or equivalent experience isrequired. A current drivers licence and willingness to travel acrossIntereachlocations from time to time will also berequired.
