As a HR Business Partner youll work across our mainland portfolio supporting leaders through growth change and integration.

Youll have a seat at the table where you will:

• Partner directly with an Executive portfolio building trusted relationships and becoming a genuine advisor to senior leaders and your Executive.
• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle across your portfolio.
• Provide practical commercially sound HR advice that helps leaders make confident people decisions.
• Manage complex employee relations and case work with care consistency and sound judgement.
• Build strong relationships across the business creating credibility through responsiveness curiosity and follow-through.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels balancing people outcomes business needs and risk.
• Take ownership of exciting people projects and drive them end to end from planning and stakeholder engagement through to implementation and embedding.
• Bring energy judgement and a solutions-focused mindset to a role where no two days look the same.

• Proven HR Business Partner experience
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to align people strategy with business goals
• Experience in fast-paced or evolving environments
• Confidence navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes
