Job Summary
The Role
Were looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to partner with our Revesby manufacturing site and help drive a strong safety culture. Working closely with operational leaders youll provide practical HSE support influence safe behaviours and play a key role in ensuring safety remains a core focus across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to build accountability and ownership for safety outcomes.
- Provide expert advice on health safety and environmental matters.
- Support risk management incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation standards and company requirements.
- Lead and support site audits inspections and governance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety culture and engagement.
About You
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent).
- Experience in a manufacturing industrial or high-risk operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and safety management systems.
- Proven ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
- Practical hands-on approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
