HR Generalist

Melbourne VIC Full-time Temporary Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join a growing healthcare organisation supporting a network of medical clinics across Australia.

Based in Hawthorn Melbourne this is a hands-on role supporting practice managers healthcare professionals and corporate employees across a multi-site organisation.

You will provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle including:

• Employee onboarding and offboarding
  
• Employee relations and performance management
  
• HR administration and employee records
  
• Employment contracts and variations
  
• Award interpretation and Fair Work compliance
  
• HR policies procedures and people initiatives
  
• Credentialing working rights and employment compliance
  
• Providing day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees
  

You will have:

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role
  
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards
  
• Experience in employee relations and performance management
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• A proactive organised and hands-on approach
  
• Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience will be highly regarded
