We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in a full-time permanent role based in Brisbane supporting our Operations portfolio. This role partners with leaders across our operational business supporting a broad and diverse client group within a dynamic environment.

In this role youll thrive at the heart of a fastpaced safetycritical environment working closely with leaders to deliver consistent compliant and practical HR solutions that make a real difference. As a key member of the leadership team you will bring a proactive solutions-focused mindset influencing outcomes across geographically dispersed teams and complex operational environments.

What youll be doing:

  • Build strong trusted relationships with our business leaders whilst advising them on policies processes and award interpretation to ensure fair and consistent decisions.

  • Coach and grow leaders to confidently manage performance behaviour and team culture enabling us to continue being recognised as a great place to work.

  • Drive a safety-first culture whilst oversee workforce and safety-related processes.

  • Deliver performance and talent initiatives supporting reviews succession planning and development pathways as we continue to build a world class culture.

  • Enhance employee experience culture and support change embedding engagement initiatives and new ways of working.

What youll need:

We are hoping our new team member will bring the following:

  • Degree in Human Resources / Business or related discipline

  • Relevant experience in a similar role

  • Proven experience managing performance and conduct matters

  • Demonstrated ability to coach leaders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted collaborative relationships with all employees

  • A pragmatic commercially minded approach with strong problem-solving capability

  • A genuine desire to contribute strong relationshipbuilding skills to a business that thrives on connection

  • An interest in making a meaningful difference and supporting a great team while having fun along the way
