• South Melbourne - Naarm
• Ongoing part-time role 30 hours per week worked as 6 hours per day across 5 days
• Hybrid working Minimum 3 days in the office and up to 2 days working from home
• SCHADS Level 4 $46.70-$50.25 per hour super (depending on experience)

Our Housing Asset Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing YWCA Australias housing portfolio through effective asset management maintenance coordination and contractor engagement ensuring our housing assets remain safe compliant and fit for purpose.

Working closely with Community Housing Officers contractors and internal stakeholders youll help ensure our properties remain safe compliant and fit for purpose. Youll contribute to responsive and planned maintenance programs monitor asset performance and support strategic asset initiatives that maximise the value and longevity of our housing assets.

Youll be a great fit if you:

• bring experience in community housing property asset or facilities management.
• understand property maintenance asset management and compliance requirements.
• have relevant qualifications in a related field e.g. property housing asset management facilities management will be highly regarded.
• can coordinate contractors and maintenance programs to deliver quality outcomes.
• have strong organisational skills and keep accurate records budgets and asset data.
• build positive relationships and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
