Housekeeping Attendant

As a Housekeeping Attendant you will play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning guest rooms bathrooms corridors and public areas to established brand standards.
• Replenishing guest amenities linen and room supplies.
• Reporting maintenance issues lost property and any safety concerns.
• Assisting with linen handling stock replenishment and housekeeping storage areas.
• Maintaining housekeeping equipment and ensuring chemicals are used and stored safely.
• Responding to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Following all hotel policies relating to safety security and guest confidentiality.
• Working collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Supporting Accors Heartist culture by providing genuine hospitality to guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous housekeeping cleaning or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).
• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
• The physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting bending pushing and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid Australian working rights.
