Job Summary
Work Locations will vary depending on the council the event is being held at
The important parts:
- Day Shifts:8 - 10 hours
- Location:Travel to various collection sites required
- Pay rate:$38.44per hour
- Must be available to start ASAP- Saturday and Sundays
What you will be required to do:
- Event site set up and pack down
- Unload waste from vehicles
- Sort pack and load waste including including paints flammable liquids gas bottles batteries oils aerosols into receptacles
- Assist in loading packed waste onto trucks for return to Links Road
To be successful in the role you will:
- Good work ethic understand importance of turning up to work
- Commitment to safety
- Self-motivated
- Waste industry knowledge and experience
- Able to consistently show up to rostered events
- Have personal transport to travel to events
