Hotel All-Rounder ibis Styles Sydney Central

Located on the doorstep of Surry Hills & Oxford Street ibis Styles Sydney Central is the perfect destination for guests to experience all that Sydney has to offer! 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Hotel All-Rounder to join our this dynamic role youll work a variety of shifts across Front Office Mee So and our breakfast service. Gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day hotel operations while delivering exceptional memorable service to our guests. 

What will you be doing

• Delivering exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.
• Acting as the first point of contact for guests and visitors creating a welcoming and positive first impression.
• Completing a variety of daily tasks across multiple departments ensuring no two days are the same.
• Promoting hotel facilities and services preparing coffees and beverages and maintaining accurate guest accounts.
• Providing friendly knowledgeable and professional service to both internal and external guests at all times.
• Assisting guests with our self-check-in kiosks and ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
• Promoting the ALL Accor Live Limitless loyalty program by educating guests on its benefits and encouraging enrolments.

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role you will bring:

• Previous customer service experience preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; experience with OPERA Cloud is highly regarded.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure multitask effectively and think on your feet to resolve guest concerns.
• Excellent communication skills and a high standard of personal presentation.
• A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences through authentic service.
• A positive proactive attitude and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• A valid NSW RSA or the willingness to obtain one prior to commencement.
• Flexible availability to work a rotating roster including mornings afternoons evenings weekends and public holidays.
