Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and farewell all guests with genuine hospitality
- Maintain a well-organised and efficient host station ensuring smooth communication with the service team.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries or special requests.
- Assist the floor team in service and enquiries
- Keep an up-to-date knowledge of menus daily specials and promotions to answer guest queries confidently
Qualifications :
About You:
- Two years previous experience as a host/hostess in a luxury or lifestyle establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable manner
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Confident in using SevenRooms and POS systems (preferred)
- Ability to remain calm professional and engaging in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability to work evenings weekends and public holidays.
