The Person

• Passionate and impeccably groomed senior hospitality leader with proven experience managing high-volume operations fine dining and diverse teams
• Expert in food and wine matching current industry trends and delivering exceptional customer experiences for high-end clientele
• Strong operational manager skilled in rostering stock control cost management compliance HACCP and driving P&L performance
• Adept at stakeholder management communication and catering for both retail food services and large-scale functions or events
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with a hands-on leadership style and full flexibility to work weekends holidays and peak seasons
