The Position:

• Chef - Design hearty menus manage stock and lead a positive kitchen crew
• Cook - Prep cook and plate up delicious high-volume meals for hungry crowds
• Catering Assistant - Keep the kitchen movingprep veggies serve guests and maintain a spotless space

The Person:

• Must be able to obtain or hold a current Working with Children Check
• A genuine passion for great food and delivering outstanding customer service every time
• Exceptional communication skills paired with a professional well-groomed appearance
• Driven adaptable and able to juggle tasks with ease in a fast-paced environment
• Confident working independently and taking initiative without constant supervision
• Chef - Minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery qualification
• Understanding of allergen management
