Home Care Worker Location: Bald Hills QLD

Hours: Casual with Permanent Hours (Monday Wednesday and Friday 2:00 PM 4:00 PM)

We are seeking a compassionate reliable and dedicated Home Care Worker to support a local client living in Bald Hills. This consistent recurring role is perfect for someone looking to make a meaningful difference in their community while maintaining a great work-life balance.

You will be providing essential support to help our client maintain their independence comfort and safety at home.

• Personal Care: Assisting with showering dressing and grooming with the utmost dignity and respect.

• Mobility & Transfers: Providing safe manual handling transferring and mobility assistance.

• Domestic Assistance: Helping with light cleaning tidying and maintaining a safe living environment.

• Transport Services: Providing safe transport for community access appointments or errands.

• Companion Care: Being a friendly respectful presence in the home (and saying hello to a very friendly small dog!).

To be considered for this role you must be consistently available during the following hours:

• Monday: 2:00 PM 4:00 PM

• Wednesday: 2:00 PM 4:00 PM

• Friday: 2:00 PM 4:00 PM

• Certificate III in Individual Support Ageing Support Disability or equivalent (highly desirable but experienced candidates are encouraged to apply).

• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or National Police Check.

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.

• Valid Australian Drivers Licence with a reliable insured vehicle.

• Demonstrated experience in Manual Handling and safe transfer techniques.

• Dog-friendly: Must be comfortable working in a home with a small friendly dog.

• Full working rights in Australia.

• Consistent Hours: A stable predictable roster with the same client.
