As a Health & Safety Manager youll play a pivotal role in championing health safety and well-being across our sites. Youll lead the charge in creating a culture of safety supporting our teams and ensuring that everyone goes home safe and wellevery day.
What Youll Do:
Partner with people leaders to embed safety in everything we do.
Develop and roll out innovative health & safety strategies and initiatives.
Conduct audits inspections deliver training and lead investigations with confidence and care.
Engage our teams to drive participation ownership and continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Provide insights and data-driven reports to guide our next steps in safety excellence.
