Were seeking an agile strategic and people-focusedHealth Provider Lead for this fixed term position to lead the charge on delivering impactful initiatives that drive real outcomes across the health and recovery landscape.

As a Health Provider Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative strategies that enhance worker recovery outcomes and provider performance.

You will:

• Lead the design and implementation of health-related programs and service models that support injured workers.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives across the provider landscape.
• Use predictive data and insights to influence decision-making and strategy.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with health providers industry peak bodies and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee the development of dashboards reporting tools and evidence-based insights to improve health service delivery.
• Represent WorkSafe in key stakeholder forums workshops and planning meetings.
• Contribute to cross-divisional strategic reviews ensuring alignment with WorkSafes mission and values.

About you

Were looking for a dynamic leader who combines strategic thinking with strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery expertise.

You will also bring:

• 57 years experience in leadership and project management ideally within health disability or recovery settings.
• A deep understanding of the legal and operational environment impacting recovery services.
• Strong leadership skills to support teams through change and ambiguity.
• A proven ability to drive positive change in complex environments using data research and industry trends.
• Strong communication relationship-building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• A growth mindset agile delivery experience and a passion for continuous improvement.
• A tertiary qualification in health project management business or a related field.
