This role is responsible for providing administrative anddata support to the centre manager and other staff to complete the dailyfunctions of the Armidale Centre. The role will be playing a key part inensuring that the headspace centre is youth friendly and accessible for youngpeople and their families.

- Meet and greet clients young people family members andcentre visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
- Book and confirm appointments. Ensure that all enquiries aredealt with in a confidential and sensitive manner.
- Enter accurate data into the computer as various electronicrecords and platforms such as hAPI are required.
- Develop and maintain positive and effective workingrelationships with a broad range of people and organisations.
- Processing of invoices and other financial documents asrequired.
- Assist with events projects activities and programs thatincrease the mental health literacy of young people and the wider community.
- Ability torelate to and work effectively with young people.
- Positive andcollaborative team player.
- Self-awarenessand an aptitude for personal improvement.
