As Head of Technology Governance you will lead the enterprise governance framework ensuring technology strategy architecture delivery and cyber security are aligned to business objectives risk appetite and regulatory requirements. You will drive consistent high-quality decision-making across the technology lifecycle overseeing architecture change and cyber governance to ensure investments deliver value risks are effectively managed and platforms remain secure resilient and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology strategypipelineand roadmap governance to drive alignment with business priorities

• Oversee prioritisation and delivery of initiatives ensuring value realisationtransparencyand execution confidence

• Establish and govern enterprise architecture standards guiding scalablesustainableand fitforpurpose solutions

• Drive effective change and release management to enable safereliableandlowriskdelivery of technology changes

• Provide clear visibility of prioritiesrisksand outcomes to support informedtimelydecisionmaking

• Lead cyber governance ensuring strong risk oversight controleffectivenessand transparent reporting across the technology landscape

About You

To be considered you will need a minimum of15 years experience delivering and supporting technology solutions within complex enterprise environmentspreferably within financial services or investment management domains plus at least five years leadingtechnical leads across Architecture Delivery addition experience inestablishingand leading governance frameworks across technology strategy portfolio/pipeline architecture cyber security and change management while building andmaintainingeffective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisationis essential.
