Head of Strategic Delivery

• Lead a high-impact rapid response team supporting the execution of the most complex high priority transformation initiatives
• Partner directly with Executive Leadership to reshape critical transformation initiatives
• Based in Sydney 

As the Head of Strategic Delivery you will lead a specialised rapid response team dedicated to ensuring the momentum and health of Endeavour Groups most critical transformation initiatives. 

Reporting to the GM Transformation you will lead a team to deep-dive into complex cross-functional transformation initiatives diagnose bottlenecks and rapidly re-engineer execution paths to unlock true business value.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Rapid Diagnostics: Lead deep-dive assessments of off-track initiatives analysing data resource allocation and execution roadblocks to provide a clear diagnosis of performance issues.
• Initiative Re-Engineering: Partner with Executive Leadership Team members and initiative owners to replan and restructure failing or stalled initiatives defining new milestones and recovery paths to ensure value realisation.
• Targeted Execution Support: Deploy a specialised team of delivery experts to provide intensive short-term support to project teams unblocking critical path items and embedding execution discipline.
• Strategic Resource Optimisation: Provide recommendations on the reallocation of talent and capital from underperforming areas to high-potential initiatives.
• Capability & Lessons Learned: Synthesise findings from diagnostic work to build enterprise-wide capability ensuring common execution pitfalls are identified and avoided in future strategy and planning cycles.

Qualifications :

Now lets talk about you: 

• Core Consulting Foundation: 8 years of experience in a top-tier strategy or operations management consulting firm. 
• Industry Experience: 2 years of experience delivering fast-pace strategy and/or transformation projects in a large corporate environment.
• Financial & Operational Analysis: Deep experience in financial modelling and ideally benefit realisation tracking and operational process re-engineering.
• Senior Stakeholder Influence: Extensive experience navigating and influencing at the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) / C-suite level.
• Team Leadership: Experience managing and developing high-potential talent in a high-pressure project-based environment.
