Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Property Management to lead the delivery of property management services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail assets.

Reporting to the Contract Manager this role is responsible for operational leadership tenant engagement lease compliance income protection and driving consistent property management outcomes across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will work closely with Leasing Asset Management Facilities Management and Events teams to deliver an integrated precinct-based operating model.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day property management operations across the portfolio.

  • Oversee lease compliance rent collection arrears management and reporting.

  • Manage tenant relationships and act as the escalation point for complex matters.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Property Managers and Administrators.

  • Work collaboratively with Leasing Facilities Asset Management and Events teams.

  • Drive operational consistency financial performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You
  • 8-10 years experience in commercial and/or retail property management.

  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.

  • Strong understanding of leasing compliance and property legislation.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Commercially astute with strong financial acumen.

  • NSW Real Estate License (Class 2 or higher) or eligibility to obtain.
